A stir-fry favourite with bone broth infused sauce!

Ingredients
-
1 cup The Brothery Beef Bone Broth
-
1.5-2 lbs flank steak
-
4 cups rice, cooked
-
2 broccoli crowns
-
1/2 cup soy sauce
-
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
-
1/2 Tbsp corn starch
-
1 Tbsp brown sugar
-
2 Tbsp olive oil
-
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
Directions
Cook rice as per directions on package, set aside. Complete other steps while rice is cooking.
Slice steak into 1-2 inch strips. Cur broccoli into bite size florets.
Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat in saucepan. Once olive oil is hot, add steak strips and cook until just browned throughout, approximately 5-6 minutes. Remove steak from pan and set aside.
In the same pan overt medium-high heat, add 1 Tbsp olive oil and allow to heat up. Once headed, add cornstarch and whisk for 1 minutes to remove any clumps. Add bone broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir and allow sauce to thicken and reduce slightly, approximately 10 minutes. Continue stirring throughout.
Add broccoli and cook until lightly tender, 5-6 minutes. Add steak back to pan and mix to cover with sauce. Scoop steak and broccoli mixture over rice. Top with sesame seeds.
