Heat large soup pot over medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Once oil is hot, add minced garlic, diced onion, and ground beef.
Cook until ground beef is fully cooked through. Strain any extra fat as desired and return to pot. Add crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, bone broth, beans, mushrooms, and celery. Stir.
Add all remaining spices and bring to boil, stirring regularly. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer. Simmer on low for two hours. Serve.
