Cut bread into cubes and spread out on baking sheet. Leave out exposed to air overnight to allow bread to dry out.
Put dried bread cubes into large bowl. Grease sides of large casserole or baking dish with butter. Dice onion and chop celery into thin slices.
Heat large saucepan over medium heat. Add butter and cook until melted. Add onion and celery. Cook for 15-20 minutes until softened but not browned.
Pour onion and celery mixture over bread cubes in large bowl. Add salt, pepper, sage, thyme, and rosemary. Add 1/2 jar of The Brothery Turkey Bone Broth. Mix until combined and spices are evenly distributed. Allow mixture to cool for 10 minutes.
Whisk 2 eggs with remaining 1/2 jar of The Brothery Turkey Bone Broth. Pour over bread mixture and fold in (after it has cooled so that the eggs do not cook).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pour stuffing into baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes.
