Heat medium saucepan over low/medium heat. Melt butter. Add flour and whisk until smooth and all clumps are gone. Cook for 30 seconds while whisking constantly.
Add turkey bone broth, whisk well. Add salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Whisk and bring to boil, then reduce to rapid simmer. Simmer for 25 minutes or until gravy reaches desired thickness. Whisk regularly during simmering. Serve warm.
