Craving cheese, cheese, and more cheese? This is the dip for you! This Mexican-inspired cheese dip is made with The Brothery chicken bone broth for added protein and nutrition in this classic comfort food. A superb dip for nacho chips, or topping for quesadillas, tacos, and burritos.

Ingredients

1 cup The Brothery Chicken Bone Broth

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded

1/2 medium onion, diced

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup green chiles (fresh or canned)

1/2 Tbsp cumin
-
2 Tbsp cornstarch

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp garlic, minced

1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Place a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Add olive oil, garlic, onion, cumin, salt, and cornstarch. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add The Brothery Chicken Bone Broth and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese, tomato and chiles. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Stir frequently. If you'd like a thicker dip, add an extra 1/2 cup of shredded cheese!
